1. Products & Descriptions
Each item is hand-forged, so slight variations in pattern, color, and finish between the product photos and the item you receive are normal and part of the handmade nature of Damascus steel. We make every effort to display accurate colors and details.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
3. Age Restrictions & Legal Compliance
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase knives, axes, or swords from our store. It is your responsibility to ensure that owning and importing bladed items is legal in your country, state, and city before placing an order.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing for international orders.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Chaakuu and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our products are sharp, hand-forged tools and weapons. By purchasing from us, you accept full responsibility for their safe handling, use, and storage. Chaakuu is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of our products.
